Aurora Shooter Charged 140 Times, 23 Counts Of Murder

Aurora, Colorado shooter James Holmes has formally been charged with 140 counts. Among those charges the Colorado theater shooter will face 24 counts of murder.

The 25-year-old Holmes will also face 116 counts of attempted murder based on the 58 people he attempted to gun down.
