Sex offender arrested for sexually touching young girls in Queens library
A sex offender has been arrested for sexually touching two young girls at a library.
Joel Grubert, 49, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged on Saturday with sexual abuse for fondling two girls, ages six and nine, at the Queens Borough Public Library in Flushing, police said.
The man is currently on parole for a previous conviction involving possessing child pornography of nine-year-old girls.
