The meteoric rise of Fifty Shades of Grey is set to spark a new baby boom, according to pregnancy and parenting websites.
Its phenomenon is predicted to be seen in the delivery room after online forums, like those of the popular website Baby Center, have been teeming with mothers’ revitalised sex stories, thanks to the erotic novel.
Linda Murray, global editor in chief of Baby Center told Good Morning America: ‘Reading 50 Shades of Grey is acting like an aphrodisiac for women.’
